2. Why We Use Cookies
NoBsRx uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Website functionality: To make the website work correctly and remember your preferences
- Analytics: To understand how users interact with our website, which pages are most visited, and where users come from
- Advertising and marketing: To measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this website
- Session management: To maintain your session while using the website or any account-based features
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential / Functional Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as page navigation, form submission, and security features. The website cannot function properly without these cookies. They do not collect personal information used for marketing.
Analytics Cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited most often and whether users receive error messages from certain pages. This information helps us improve our website. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.
Advertising / Retargeting Cookies
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to show ads to people who have already visited this website. It records that a browser visited a page on nobsrx.com; it is configured so that it does not read, hash, or transmit anything you type into a form on this site. We run no Google Ads tag and no tag manager.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Two third-party services on this website set cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 — web analytics (Google LLC). Collects usage data — pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device type — to help us understand site traffic. IP addresses are anonymized by Google. Google Privacy Policy
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and retargeting (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Records that a browser viewed a page, so we can measure Facebook and Instagram ad performance and reach past visitors with ads. Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled, so form fields are never collected. The pixel runs in Meta’s Limited Data Use mode, its restricted-processing mode for US state privacy laws. Meta Privacy Policy
These providers have their own privacy policies and may collect data about your browsing activity across websites. NoBsRx does not control third-party cookie behavior.
California residents: sharing browsing data with Meta for advertising is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. Sending a Global Privacy Control signal opts you out of it, and we honor that signal automatically — see Section 7.
6. How to Control Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions:
Opt out of analytics: You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Opt out of advertising: You can manage your advertising cookie preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) opt-out tool or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out.
Browser privacy signals: If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we do not load Google Analytics at all and no cookies are set. See Section 7. This requires nothing from you beyond enabling the setting.
Please note: disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the NoBsRx website.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. NoBsRx honors both.
When either signal is present, neither our analytics script nor the Meta Pixel is loaded, and no cookies are set. Because nothing loads, there are no third-party partners in a position to disregard the signal. California residents: we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA/CPRA.
You can additionally use the browser and opt-out tools described in Section 6.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our technology stack or applicable laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will post a notice on our website if we make material changes.
