1. GLP-1 / Weight-Loss Medication Disclosure

GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as semaglutide and tirzepatide) are prescription medications. They may only be legally prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider following a clinical assessment. NoBsRx facilitates access to independent, licensed provider review — NoBsRx does not prescribe medications and does not determine eligibility.

GLP-1 medications are not appropriate for everyone. Contraindications, precautions, and risk factors exist. A licensed provider will evaluate your individual health information to determine whether a GLP-1 medication may be an appropriate option for you. NoBsRx does not determine — and cannot predict — whether you will be found eligible for a prescription.

Risks and side effects: GLP-1 receptor agonists may have significant risks and side effects, including but not limited to: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, fatigue, potential thyroid effects (see FDA labeling), pancreatitis risk, and other effects. This is not a complete list. Discuss all risks, benefits, drug interactions, and contraindications with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any medication.

Results vary. Weight-loss outcomes with GLP-1 medications vary significantly among individuals. No specific weight-loss amount or timeline is guaranteed. Clinical outcomes depend on individual physiology, adherence, lifestyle factors, and other variables.

FDA approval status: FDA-approved GLP-1 medications include certain brand-name semaglutide and tirzepatide products. Not all formulations or dosages available through compounding pharmacies are FDA-approved. See Section 2 for compounded medication disclosures.

2. Compounded Medication Disclosure

Compounded medications are preparations created by a licensed compounding pharmacy — typically by combining, mixing, or altering ingredients — to meet a specific patient's needs or as authorized under applicable law. Compounded medications are prepared under state pharmacy board oversight and applicable federal standards.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They have not undergone the FDA's drug approval process for safety, efficacy, and manufacturing quality that FDA-approved drugs undergo. This means:

• Compounded medications may not have the same bioavailability, purity, potency, or stability as FDA-approved reference drugs
• Clinical evidence supporting their use may differ from the evidence base for FDA-approved formulations
• Long-term safety and efficacy data specific to compounded formulations may be limited

Where compounded medications may be available through NoBsRx's affiliated pharmacy partners, they are provided only pursuant to a licensed provider's prescription, if issued, and only from licensed compounding pharmacies operating in compliance with applicable state and federal law.

Patients should discuss the risks, benefits, and differences between compounded and FDA-approved formulations with their licensed provider before beginning any compounded medication.

3. Pharmacy Fulfillment Disclosure

NoBsRx is not a pharmacy. NoBsRx does not dispense, distribute, compound, or ship medications. NoBsRx does not hold any pharmacy license.

Medication fulfillment, where applicable, is provided by independent, licensed third-party pharmacies. These pharmacies operate independently and are subject to their own licensing, regulatory oversight, and policies. NoBsRx does not control pharmacy fulfillment operations, dispensing decisions, or shipping timelines.

Pharmacy fees, dispensing charges, and shipping costs are determined by and payable to the dispensing pharmacy and are separate from NoBsRx platform fees. Pharmacy return and refund policies are governed by the pharmacy's own policies and applicable state and federal law. Dispensed medications generally cannot be returned.

If you have questions about a prescription, medication, dosage, or fulfillment, contact your licensed provider or the dispensing pharmacy directly.

4. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, case studies, reviews, before-and-after descriptions, and other user experiences referenced on the NoBsRx website or in NoBsRx's marketing materials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of specific individuals. They are not necessarily representative of the results that other users will achieve.

Individual results vary significantly. Factors including genetics, lifestyle, adherence to treatment, diet, exercise, individual physiology, and co-existing health conditions affect outcomes. No specific weight-loss result, timeline, or outcome is typical or guaranteed.

Some testimonials featured in NoBsRx's marketing may be from individuals who received compensation, discounts, or other consideration in exchange for their testimonial. Where this is the case, NoBsRx discloses the material relationship in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines.

Testimonials and user experiences do not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon to make medical decisions. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for guidance specific to your situation.

5. Advertising Claims Disclaimer

All advertising and marketing content published by NoBsRx — including website copy, social media content, email campaigns, video content, paid advertisements, and any other promotional material — is provided for informational purposes only.

Marketing content does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation that any particular outcome will be achieved. NoBsRx does not guarantee treatment eligibility, prescription issuance, or any specific weight-loss result through its marketing content.

NoBsRx strives to ensure that all marketing claims are truthful, substantiated, and not misleading. If you believe any NoBsRx marketing content is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us at compliance@nobsrx.com.

6. Affiliate and Referral Partner Disclosure

NoBsRx has commercial relationships with affiliate and referral partners who may promote NoBsRx programs in exchange for compensation. When you use a referral link or code from a NoBsRx partner, that partner may receive compensation.

NoBsRx requires all partners to clearly disclose their commercial relationship with NoBsRx in any promotional content, in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines. If you believe a partner is not properly disclosing a commercial relationship, please contact us.

Partner promotion of NoBsRx does not constitute independent professional endorsement of NoBsRx's clinical services by that partner. Clinical decisions are made solely by licensed providers.

7. State Availability Disclaimer

NoBsRx's programs and telehealth services are not available in all states. State laws governing telehealth, prescribing, pharmacy practice, and compounding vary and are subject to change. The availability of specific programs, medications, and services depends on applicable state law and the licensure of affiliated providers and pharmacies.

8. Age and Eligibility Disclaimer

The NoBsRx website and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. NoBsRx does not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

Eligibility for NoBsRx programs and for any prescription medications available through affiliated providers is determined by an independent, licensed healthcare provider. NoBsRx does not determine eligibility. Submission of an intake does not guarantee eligibility. Age, medical history, current medications, health conditions, and other individual factors may affect eligibility determinations made by the reviewing provider.

9. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

NoBsRx relies on independent third-party service providers to deliver various components of its Services, including clinical provider networks, telehealth platforms, pharmacy fulfillment partners, payment processors, messaging services, and analytics providers. NoBsRx does not own, operate, or directly control these third-party services.

NoBsRx is not responsible for errors, omissions, outages, data breaches, or other failures attributable to third-party service providers. Each third-party provider is responsible for its own services, practices, and compliance with applicable law.

Your interactions with third-party providers may be subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and other applicable agreements in addition to NoBsRx's own policies.

10. Not Emergency Care

NoBsRx's telehealth services are designed for non-emergency clinical review only. Telehealth is not appropriate for acute, urgent, or emergency medical conditions.

11. HIPAA and Health Information Notice

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) establishes federal standards for the protection of protected health information (PHI). Clinical partners who receive, maintain, or transmit PHI in connection with NoBsRx programs may be subject to HIPAA requirements and may operate under Business Associate Agreements with NoBsRx.

To the extent NoBsRx receives or maintains PHI in a capacity that triggers HIPAA obligations, NoBsRx will handle such information in compliance with applicable HIPAA standards.

NoBsRx's marketing website and CRM are not designed to collect or store PHI. Clinical intake information is handled exclusively by designated clinical partner platforms.
