Getting Started
NoBsRx is a GLP-1 access platform designed to make the process of accessing provider-guided weight-loss medication simpler, more transparent, and free of gimmicks. We are not a pharmacy. We connect people with licensed providers who evaluate eligibility and, when clinically appropriate, prescribe GLP-1 medications through licensed pharmacies.
Click 'Start Your Intake' anywhere on the site. You'll be taken to a brief disclaimer page, then to the online intake process. There are no phone calls required to begin.
A licensed provider reviews your submitted information. They will determine whether GLP-1 treatment is clinically appropriate for you. If approved, they will issue a prescription to a partner pharmacy. If not approved, you will be notified.
The intake itself typically takes 5–10 minutes. Provider review timelines vary. You will receive communication at each stage of the process.

Pricing
GLP-1 program options start at $140/month for low-dose options. Standard programs start at $179/month for semaglutide injectable and $199/month for semaglutide oral. Tirzepatide standard programs start at $249/month. Multi-week options are also available. See our Pricing page for complete details.
No. We publish pricing clearly and completely before you start. There are no fake introductory rates, no dose-based price jumps, and no platform fees layered on top of the program price. What you see is what you pay.
No. Our program pricing is not structured to increase as your dose titrates up. The program price you see published is the ongoing program price.
Yes. Standard programs can be paid monthly or prepaid in 12-week, 24-week, or 52-week terms; low-dose programs offer monthly or 12-week terms. These are billing terms — how much you pay upfront — and are separate from how a licensed provider writes your prescription and how often the pharmacy ships. At this time, programs accessed through NoBsRx are self-pay. We do not interface directly with insurance providers. All pricing is cash-pay and published transparently.
Medical Review
Licensed healthcare providers review your intake information and make all clinical eligibility determinations. NoBsRx does not make approval decisions. This is a provider-guided process — not an automated approval system.
No. Treatment is never guaranteed. A licensed provider reviews your information and makes a determination based on clinical criteria. If treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not receive a prescription.
No. NoBsRx does not provide medical advice and cannot recommend a specific medication. Medication type, formulation, and dosing decisions are made exclusively by your licensed provider based on your health profile.
Lab requirements vary based on the provider's clinical judgment. The intake process will include questions about your medical history. The provider may request additional information if needed.
If a provider determines that GLP-1 treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, you will be notified through the appropriate communication channel. We encourage you to speak with your primary care provider about alternative options.
Medication & Fulfillment
No. NoBsRx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medication. If a prescription is issued, it is fulfilled through licensed partner pharmacies.
If prescribed, medication is fulfilled through state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies in the United States. These pharmacies source their active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) from FDA-registered manufacturers. We do not source from gray-market or overseas suppliers.
We partner exclusively with state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that follow strict quality and safety standards. These pharmacies are required to source their active pharmaceutical ingredients from FDA-registered manufacturers, and each API must be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying its identity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Yes. Our partner pharmacies use pharmaceutical-grade GLP-1 APIs — not research-grade materials. Additionally, our partner pharmacies compound GLP-1 in its base form rather than salt forms, in line with established compounding standards.
A Certificate of Analysis is a document from the API manufacturer that confirms the ingredient meets required quality, identity, and purity specifications. Every active pharmaceutical ingredient used by our partner pharmacies must be accompanied by a valid COA before it is used in compounding.
No. NoBsRx does not sell, facilitate access to, or promote research-use-only peptides. All prescriptions issued through our platform are processed through state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies using pharmaceutical-grade APIs sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers.
Medication is shipped directly to you by the fulfilling pharmacy according to applicable shipping and handling requirements. Specific shipping timelines and packaging details are determined by the fulfilling pharmacy.
State availability is subject to provider availability, applicable telehealth regulations, and pharmacy licensing requirements. State availability may change. Your state's eligibility will be assessed during the intake process.
Safety & Compliance
The licensed provider will review your medical history and determine whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate given your health situation. NoBsRx cannot make that determination — it belongs to your provider. Be completely honest during your intake.

Medical questions should go to your licensed provider through the appropriate care channel. NoBsRx support staff cannot answer medical questions, recommend adjustments, or advise on symptoms.

Sleep Program
Most sleep and wellness rings are informational consumer devices. The ring in this program is FDA-cleared as a medical device, which is what allows its measurements to be used diagnostically by a licensed clinician and makes the study reimbursable by most insurance plans.
No. The study is 100% at-home. You wear the ring in your own bed for 3–5 nights and record in the app. Happy Sleep reports 98% accuracy versus in-lab testing in its internal study.
The diagnostic ring, the study, the results consult, and qualifying treatment are covered by most insurance plans — you typically pay only your copay. Coverage, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance vary by plan, so confirm with your health plan before you start. A cash option is available at $33/mo, billed as $396 annually.

A board-certified, sleep-trained clinician reviews your study and goes through it with you on a live video consult. NoBsRx does not read studies, make diagnoses, or decide on treatment.
No. The study measures what it measures. A clinician determines whether a diagnosis applies and whether any treatment is clinically appropriate. OpenLoop reports that more than 60% of patients who complete a study qualify medically for a treatment option — which also means a meaningful share do not.
Yes. The ring is personally sized and yours to keep. Ongoing sleep and wellness tracking is included at no cost for the first 90 days. After that, continuing with remote patient monitoring is optional and costs the price of your insurance copay.
You take a follow-up medical sleep measurement and review it with your clinician, who adjusts treatment, sleep habits, and lifestyle recommendations against the new data instead of guessing.
Yes, subject to provider review. Obstructive sleep apnea and obesity overlap heavily, and when a clinician determines weight is a driver, the GLP-1 protocol is the same one used on our weight-loss side, including the MicroDose option.
Not necessarily. The medication track runs on its own 12-week consult rhythm with a $49 provider consult and no weight requirement. That said, a provider may recommend testing first — untreated sleep apnea and insomnia are not the same problem and are not treated the same way.
Partners
Yes. NoBsRx is building a referral partner program for fitness and wellness professionals. Gyms can apply through our Partner Program page to receive a referral link and learn about the partnership structure.
Yes. The NoBsRx Partner Program is designed for gyms, trainers, wellness coaches, and health-focused community leaders. Apply on the Partner Program page.
Referral compensation details are provided during the partner onboarding process after your application is reviewed. Compensation structures are subject to applicable regulations and program terms.
Personal trainers are welcome to apply as partners. All partner promotion must follow NoBsRx brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations. Partners may not make medical claims or guarantee outcomes.
Yes. Corporate wellness groups are eligible to apply through the Partner Program. We can discuss program structures appropriate for employer or group wellness contexts during onboarding.
