1. Introduction
NoBsRx ("NoBsRx," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the NoBsRx website (nobsrx.com) and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
Important note on clinical information: NoBsRx is a technology and administrative platform. Clinical intake information, provider assessments, medical records, prescriptions, and other protected health information are handled by independent, licensed clinical partners and their designated platforms (such as Tellescope/OpenLoop or equivalent). NoBsRx's marketing website and CRM do not collect or store clinical intake answers, diagnoses, prescriptions, lab values, dosage details, provider notes, weight, BMI, or similar clinical data.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and identification information — name, email address, phone number, state of residence
- Website usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, device type, browser type, IP address
- Form submission data — information you voluntarily provide in lead capture, newsletter signup, and contact forms
- Communications data — records of emails and SMS messages exchanged with NoBsRx
- Analytics and advertising data — collected via cookies and third-party tracking tools (see Section 11)
- Payment processing data — limited transactional data as described in Section 5
We do not collect, through our marketing website or CRM, any clinical intake answers, medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, medication dosages, lab results, weight, BMI, or provider notes. This information is handled exclusively by our clinical partners through their designated, compliant platforms.
3. Information You Provide
When you fill out a form on the NoBsRx website — such as a lead capture form, newsletter signup, or contact form — you voluntarily provide information to us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and state of residence.
We use this information to follow up on your inquiry, provide information about NoBsRx programs, and communicate with you in accordance with your consent.
Do not submit medical information, clinical questions, or protected health information through general website forms. These forms are not designed for clinical communications.
4. Website and Tracking Information
Like most websites, NoBsRx automatically collects certain information when you visit our website. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This information is collected through server logs, cookies, and third-party analytics tools.
We use this information to understand how users interact with our website, improve our Services, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. See Section 12 for more on cookies.
5. Payment Information
Payment processing for NoBsRx platform or subscription fees is handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or similar providers). NoBsRx does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account information on its systems.
We may retain limited transactional records, such as the last four digits of a card, payment amount, and transaction date, for billing and customer service purposes. Your payment processor's privacy policy governs the handling of your full payment information.
6. Health-Related Information
The NoBsRx marketing website and CRM are not intended to collect protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA, or sensitive health data as defined by applicable state laws. Clinical information is collected and handled by our licensed clinical partners through their designated, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
If you voluntarily share health-related information through general website forms or email (such as a general note that you're interested in weight-loss treatment), we will treat that information with reasonable care. However, this is not a secure clinical communications channel.
See Section 19 for information about HIPAA applicability.

9. Providers, Pharmacies, and Clinical Partners
NoBsRx works with independent, licensed healthcare providers and clinical partner platforms (such as Tellescope/OpenLoop or equivalent) to facilitate provider review and intake processes. If you proceed with a clinical intake, your clinical information is collected, stored, and managed by those clinical partners under their own privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where applicable.
NoBsRx may also facilitate connections with independent, licensed pharmacies for medication fulfillment purposes, where applicable. Pharmacy data handling is governed by the pharmacy's own privacy practices and applicable pharmacy law.
NoBsRx does not control the data practices of independent clinical partners, providers, or pharmacies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any clinical partner platform through which you submit health information.
10. Service Providers and Vendors
We use third-party service providers to operate various aspects of our Services, including payment processing, email and SMS communications, customer support, website hosting, and analytics. These providers may have access to your information as necessary to perform their services and are obligated to keep your information confidential and secure.
Current categories of service providers include: payment processors, email marketing platforms, SMS communication providers, website analytics providers, and customer relationship management (CRM) software providers.
11. Analytics and Advertising
We use third-party analytics tools — such as Google Analytics — to collect and analyze information about how users interact with our website. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL.
We may use advertising pixels and tracking technologies from third parties — such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show relevant advertisements to users who have previously visited our website. These third parties may collect information about your browsing activity across websites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage your ad preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
13. SMS and Email Communications
When you provide your email address or phone number and consent to receive communications, we may send you emails and SMS text messages about NoBsRx programs, updates, and relevant information.
Opt out: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us at support@nobsrx.com. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect receipt of transactional messages related to your account.
14. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure.
If you have reason to believe that your information has been compromised, please contact us at compliance@nobsrx.com.
15. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.
16. Your Choices
You have the following rights with respect to your information:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements and retention obligations.
- Opt-out of marketing: You may opt out of marketing emails and SMS communications at any time.
- Do Not Track: Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. We acknowledge Do Not Track signals, though our third-party analytics tools may not.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at compliance@nobsrx.com.
17. State Privacy Rights
Certain states, including California, Colorado, Virginia, and others, provide residents with additional privacy rights under applicable state law. These rights may include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to opt out of certain data sharing, and additional deletion rights. If you are a resident of a state with applicable privacy rights, you may contact us to exercise those rights.

The NoBsRx website and Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, please contact us at compliance@nobsrx.com and we will promptly delete the information.
19. HIPAA and Health Information
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) imposes requirements on covered entities and business associates that receive, create, or transmit protected health information (PHI). Clinical partners who handle PHI on behalf of NoBsRx may be subject to HIPAA obligations and operate under applicable Business Associate Agreements.
To the extent that NoBsRx receives or maintains PHI in a capacity that triggers HIPAA obligations, NoBsRx will handle such information in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements and any applicable Business Associate Agreements.
NoBsRx's marketing website and CRM are not designed to receive or store PHI. If you have questions about how your clinical information is handled by clinical partners, please review the privacy notices of those partners directly.
20. Third-Party Links
The NoBsRx website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, patient portals, and external resources. NoBsRx is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
