1. Introduction
These Partner Terms govern participation in the NoBsRx referral and affiliate partner program ("Partner Program"). By enrolling in the Partner Program, you ("Partner") agree to these terms. These terms supplement the NoBsRx Terms of Service, which also apply to Partners.
The Partner Program allows approved partners to refer prospective customers to NoBsRx and earn compensation for qualifying referrals, as described below. NoBsRx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time.
2. Partner Enrollment
Participation in the Partner Program requires approval by NoBsRx. NoBsRx reviews partner applications and may approve or decline any application at its discretion. Approval is not automatic and is not guaranteed.
Partners must be 18 years of age or older, legally authorized to enter contracts in their jurisdiction, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Partner's jurisdiction.
NoBsRx may require partners to provide identifying information, business information, tax information (such as a W-9), and to agree to supplemental partner agreements before participation.
3. How Referrals Work
Approved partners receive a unique referral link or code that can be shared through the Partner's owned channels (website, social media, email, etc.). When a prospective customer uses the Partner's unique referral link or code and completes a qualifying action (as defined in the Partner's program agreement), the referral is attributed to the Partner.
Referral attribution requires use of the Partner's unique link or code. NoBsRx's tracking system is the authoritative source for referral attribution. Disputes about referral attribution should be raised promptly with partners@nobsrx.com.
4. Compensation
Compensation for qualifying referrals is described in the Partner's individual program agreement. Compensation may take the form of a flat fee per qualifying referral, a recurring commission, or other arrangement as specified.
Compensation is payable only for qualifying referrals as defined in the program agreement. NoBsRx reserves the right to withhold compensation for fraudulent, invalid, or disputed referrals.
Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes on compensation received. NoBsRx may issue tax reporting forms (such as a 1099) to partners who earn above applicable IRS reporting thresholds.
5. No Earnings Guarantee
NoBsRx does not guarantee any particular level of referral traffic, conversions, or earnings from participation in the Partner Program. Partner earnings depend on many factors including the partner's promotional efforts, audience, and market conditions.
Any income claims or earnings examples discussed in connection with the Partner Program are illustrative only and do not represent typical results. Partner Program earnings vary significantly among participants.
