1. What Is Included
A NoBsRx subscription or program enrollment provides access to NoBsRx's administrative and technology platform, which facilitates the intake and routing of your information to independent, licensed healthcare providers for clinical review.
Depending on the program selected, a subscription may include:
- Access to the NoBsRx intake process and affiliated clinical partner platform
- Routing of your intake information to an independent, licensed healthcare provider for clinical review
- Administrative support and customer service for non-clinical questions
- Access to educational content about GLP-1 medications and weight-loss programs
A subscription does not include: a guarantee of a prescription, a guarantee of treatment eligibility, clinical services (which are provided by independent licensed providers, not NoBsRx), or medication fulfillment (which is provided by independent licensed pharmacies, not NoBsRx). Provider and pharmacy services may be subject to separate fees not included in the NoBsRx subscription.
2. Auto-Renewal
NoBsRx subscriptions automatically renew. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration at the then-current subscription rate. Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each renewal period.
You will receive notice of your upcoming renewal before the charge occurs. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for another period.
3. Pricing and Fees
Current subscription pricing is displayed on the NoBsRx pricing page and at the point of purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Please visit our Pricing page for current program rates. Prices are subject to change with advance notice as described in Section 4.
4. Price Changes
NoBsRx reserves the right to change subscription prices. We will provide advance notice of any price increase before it takes effect — typically at least 14 days before your next renewal date. Notice will be provided by email to the address on your account.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect, your continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the new price.
5. Billing and Payment
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize NoBsRx or its payment processor to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period for the applicable subscription fee.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. NoBsRx does not store your full credit card number. If your payment fails, we may attempt to re-process the charge and will notify you of the failure. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. You can update your payment information through your account portal or by contacting support@nobsrx.com.
6. Cancellation
To cancel your NoBsRx subscription, email support@nobsrx.com with your cancellation request. Cancellation is handled by our support team rather than through a self-service option in your account, and we will confirm your cancellation by email.
You may request cancellation at any time. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, send your request before the renewal date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services through the end of the period for which you have paid. You will not be charged for the next renewal period if you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancelling your NoBsRx subscription does not automatically cancel any clinical relationship you may have with an independent licensed provider. Contact your provider directly to manage your ongoing clinical care.
7. Pause Option
Depending on your program, a pause option may be available. A pause temporarily suspends your subscription renewal without permanently cancelling your account. During a pause, access to certain Services may be limited.
Pause availability, duration limits, and applicable terms vary by program. Pausing is not a self-service option — email support@nobsrx.com to request a pause or to ask about eligibility for your program. Pausing does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged.
8. Access After Cancellation
After your subscription is cancelled and the current paid period ends, your access to NoBsRx platform Services will be discontinued. You will no longer receive communications or administrative support through the platform after your subscription ends.
Any ongoing clinical relationship with an independent licensed provider continues independently of your NoBsRx subscription. Contact your provider directly for continued clinical care.
9. Third-Party Fees
Your NoBsRx subscription fee covers NoBsRx's administrative platform services only. The following may involve separate fees charged by independent third parties:
- Provider consultation fees: Independent licensed providers may charge separate consultation or clinical review fees, which may or may not be included in your program depending on the specific program structure.
- Pharmacy and medication fees: Medication costs, dispensing fees, and shipping charges are determined by and payable to independent, licensed pharmacies. These are not included in the NoBsRx platform subscription.
- Clinical platform fees: Depending on the clinical partner platform used, there may be separate fees for clinical services.
All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you incur them.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility for subscription fees is subject to our Refund Policy. In general, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable unless a specific exception applies.

11. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge to your account was made in error, please contact NoBsRx at support@nobsrx.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond promptly.
We ask that you contact NoBsRx first before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
