What's included
More than a sleep test. The whole path.
Most sleep testing hands you a result and wishes you luck. This program covers the diagnosis, the clinician who explains it, and the treatment setup on the other side.
FDA-cleared smart ring
A personally sized ring cleared as a medical device — not a consumer wellness tracker. That clearance is what makes the measurements diagnostic and the study reimbursable by most insurance plans.
Happy Sleep app
Pair the ring and track sleep stages, oxygen saturation, heart rate, and the underlying bio-measures behind them. Reports are written to be read by a person, not a technician.
A 3–5 night at-home sleep study
You sleep in your own bed. No overnight lab stay, no head full of sensors, no sleeping in front of a camera to get an answer.
Board-certified sleep clinician review
A sleep-trained clinician reads your study and walks you through the results on a live video consult — including what the data does and does not show.
Treatment coordination if you qualify
If treatment is clinically appropriate, OpenLoop coordinates setup and insurance for options like an oral appliance or CPAP. You are not handed a diagnosis and left to figure out the rest.
Ongoing monitoring
Keep the ring at no cost for your first 90 days while you put the plan in place, then re-test and review progress with your clinician.
How it compares
Same answer. Far less of your life.
| Our Program | Other At-Home | Typical Sleep Lab | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100% at-home | Yes | Yes | No |
| 98% accurate | Yes | No | Yes |
| In-person visits required | 1 | 2 | 5 |
Accuracy figure based on a Happy Sleep internal study comparing the ring-based study to in-lab polysomnography. Visit counts are typical, not guaranteed — your care may require more.
How it works
Three steps to an actual answer.
Start your sleep intake
Complete the online intake so a licensed provider can review whether a sleep study is clinically appropriate for you. Testing is not automatic — it is ordered by a clinician.
Size and receive your ring
Enter your size in the Happy Sleep app and your personal FDA-cleared ring ships to you. Unisex sizing — the ring is yours, not a loaner you return.
Sleep in your own bed for 3–5 nights
Wear the ring and record in the app. No lab stay, no wires, no strangers watching you sleep. Most studies produce a readable result in under a week.
Weight & sleep apnea
When the apnea and the weight are the same problem
Roughly three in four adults with obesity have obstructive sleep apnea. When a clinician determines weight is driving your sleep-disordered breathing, our existing GLP-1 programs run on the same protocol you would get on the weight-loss side — including the MicroDose option, which uses quarterly consults and no dose titration for patients with a BMI above 20.
Same provider-guided protocol as our standard GLP-1 programs.
MicroDose option available at BMI above 20, with quarterly consults and no titration.
Published program pricing — no dose-based price jumps here either.
Sleep and weight tracked against the same ring data over time.

The program opens soon. Here's exactly what it costs and how it runs, so you can decide before it does.
The sleep diagnostic program is delivered with OpenLoop and powered by Happy Sleep. NoBsRx is not a pharmacy, does not read sleep studies, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Testing, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made by licensed providers based on an individualized clinical assessment. Eligibility, availability, and insurance coverage vary by state and by plan, and treatment is not guaranteed.
