Please read these terms carefully before using the NoBsRx website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NoBsRx website (nobsrx.com) or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NoBsRx. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. About No BS RX

NoBsRx is a technology and administrative platform that provides information about and facilitates access to provider-guided weight-loss treatment programs. NoBsRx connects users with independent, licensed healthcare providers who review intake information and make independent medical and clinical decisions.

NoBsRx is not a healthcare provider, medical group, or practice of medicine. NoBsRx does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. NoBsRx does not prescribe medications. NoBsRx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications.

Medical eligibility determinations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions — if any — are made exclusively by independent, licensed healthcare providers. Pharmacy services, if applicable, are provided by independent, licensed third-party pharmacies. NoBsRx does not control or direct the clinical decisions of any provider or pharmacy.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on the NoBsRx website — including articles, blog posts, FAQs, educational materials, social media content, and any other written or visual material — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not rely on website content to make medical decisions. Do not start, stop, change, or delay any medical treatment or medication based on content found on this website. Always seek the guidance of a qualified, licensed healthcare provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment plan.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. This website is not equipped to respond to medical emergencies.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Through Website Use

Using the NoBsRx website, submitting a contact form, subscribing to communications, or interacting with any marketing or informational content on this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship, patient-provider relationship, or any clinical relationship between you and NoBsRx or any associated provider.

A provider-patient relationship — if applicable — is established only through the formal intake and clinical review process conducted by an independent, licensed healthcare provider, and only if the provider determines it is appropriate to initiate such a relationship under applicable law.

5. Provider-Guided Care

NoBsRx facilitates access to a provider-guided treatment review process. When you submit an intake through NoBsRx or an affiliated clinical partner platform, your information is reviewed by an independent, licensed healthcare provider who makes an independent clinical decision about whether treatment may be appropriate for you.

NoBsRx does not review, influence, direct, or override any clinical decision made by a licensed provider. All clinical decisions — including eligibility determinations, prescription decisions, dosage adjustments, treatment continuation, and treatment discontinuation — are made solely by the reviewing licensed provider.

6. Eligibility and Prescription Decisions

Submitting an intake form, paying a platform or subscription fee, or completing any step in the NoBsRx process does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription, be deemed eligible for any treatment, or receive any particular medication or service.

Eligibility for treatment is determined solely by a licensed healthcare provider based on a review of your intake information, medical history, and applicable clinical and legal requirements. Providers may decline to prescribe or to initiate a provider-patient relationship for any clinically or legally appropriate reason.

Treatment availability may vary by state. Not all programs or medications may be available in your state. State-specific laws and regulations governing telehealth and prescribing apply.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in any intake form, contact form, or communication with NoBsRx or affiliated providers.
  • Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Not use the Services if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or technical limitations of the Services.
  • Not submit clinical or medical information through general contact or marketing forms — use your patient portal or contact your provider directly for medical matters.
  • Contact 911 or emergency services immediately in any medical emergency; do not contact NoBsRx for emergencies.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and notify NoBsRx promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. NoBsRx is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately at compliance@nobsrx.com.

9. Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information you provide to NoBsRx or to any affiliated licensed provider is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the safety, quality, or outcome of any provider review or clinical decision.

NoBsRx is not responsible for any outcome — including denial of treatment, incorrect treatment, or adverse events — resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

10. Third-Party Providers and Pharmacies

NoBsRx may work with third-party service providers, including but not limited to: independent licensed healthcare providers and medical groups, licensed compounding and retail pharmacies, telehealth platform and technology providers, payment processors, messaging and communication platforms, analytics providers, and marketing and fulfillment partners.

These third parties operate independently and are responsible for their own services, practices, and compliance obligations. NoBsRx does not control the clinical decisions of providers, the dispensing decisions of pharmacies, or the independent policies and practices of any third-party service provider.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your interactions with third-party providers and pharmacies are governed by their own terms, policies, and applicable laws, in addition to these Terms.

Prescriptions, if issued, are fulfilled by independent, state-licensed pharmacies. The pharmacies that may dispense and ship medication in connection with the Services are:

Each pharmacy is independently licensed and operates under its own policies and applicable state and federal pharmacy law. NoBsRx is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medication, and does not control which pharmacy fills a given prescription. For questions about a dispensed medication, shipment, or a pharmacy’s own policies, contact the dispensing pharmacy directly.

11. Telehealth Services

NoBsRx facilitates access to telehealth services provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers. Telehealth services are subject to applicable state laws and regulations, which vary by state. Not all telehealth services may be available in your state.

Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care. If a provider determines that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation, you may be referred to in-person care. Technology failures or service interruptions may affect telehealth availability.

12. Payments, Subscriptions, and Renewals

Certain Services may require payment of a platform, administrative, or subscription fee. Applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase. By providing payment information and completing a purchase, you authorize NoBsRx or its payment processor to charge the stated amount.

Subscriptions auto-renew. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

Platform or subscription fees paid to NoBsRx are separate from any fees charged by independent licensed providers or pharmacies for clinical services, consultations, or medication fulfillment. Please review our Subscription Terms for complete details.

13. Cancellation and Pause Rights

You may cancel your NoBsRx subscription or program enrollment at any time by emailing us at support@nobsrx.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

If a pause option is available for your program, pause requests are also submitted by email to support@nobsrx.com and are subject to the limitations described in the Subscription Terms. Pausing does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.

Cancellation of a NoBsRx subscription does not automatically cancel any separate clinical relationship you may have with an independent licensed provider. Contact your provider directly to manage your clinical care.

14. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of fee paid and the circumstances of the request. Platform and administrative fees may be refundable within a stated window if no clinical services have been rendered. Fees for completed provider consultations and dispensed medications are generally not refundable.

15. Communications Consent

By submitting a lead form or intake form on the NoBsRx website and providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by NoBsRx via email, SMS text message, or phone for the purposes of following up on your inquiry, providing information about the program, and sending administrative communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of transactional or legally required communications.

Where you consent to SMS or email for care-related communications — including appointment reminders, intake updates, account notifications, and other communications sent by our clinical partner on our behalf — you acknowledge that these channels present a potential security risk of unauthorized access to protected health information (PHI), and you accept that risk in choosing to receive communications through them. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of SMS at any time.

16. SMS and Email Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from NoBsRx. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

NoBsRx will not send unsolicited marketing messages. You can opt out of email marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@nobsrx.com.

Do not send medical information, clinical questions, or emergencies via SMS or email. These channels are not monitored for medical emergencies and are not appropriate for clinical communications.

17. Partner and Referral Links

NoBsRx may have commercial relationships with affiliate or referral partners. Links or references on this website to third-party products, services, or websites may be compensated. NoBsRx discloses commercial relationships in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines.

NoBsRx does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party product, service, or website referenced through affiliate or partner links. Partner referrals do not affect the independent clinical decisions of licensed providers.

18. Website Content

All content on the NoBsRx website — including text, images, graphics, video, audio, and other materials — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. NoBsRx makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but does not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or up to date.

Website content does not constitute medical advice, does not create a provider-patient relationship, and should not be relied upon for clinical decision-making.

19. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the website without express written permission.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful programs.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair NoBsRx's systems.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Use the Services for any purpose other than its intended personal, non-commercial use.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on the NoBsRx website — including the NoBsRx name, logo, trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, software, and other materials — is the property of NoBsRx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the NoBsRx website without prior written permission from NoBsRx. Limited, personal, non-commercial use of website content for informational purposes is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

21. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NOBSRX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. NOBSRX DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING TREATMENT APPROVAL, PRESCRIPTION ISSUANCE, OR WEIGHT-LOSS RESULTS. RESULTS VARY BY INDIVIDUAL.

NOBSRX DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER OR PHARMACY SERVICE.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOBSRX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

NOBSRX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NOBSRX IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, NOBSRX'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoBsRx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your provision of inaccurate information.

24. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may pursue resolution through available legal channels under applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which NoBsRx is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

26. Changes to Terms

NoBsRx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
