Start with Happy Sleep
You continue on Happy Sleep's site, where you set up your account and schedule a virtual visit. A licensed Happy Sleep provider reviews whether a sleep study is clinically appropriate for you. Testing is not automatic; it is ordered by a clinician.
Size and receive your Happy Ring
Happy Sleep ships a sizing kit, then your personal FDA-cleared Happy Ring. Unisex sizing, and the ring is yours to keep rather than a loaner you return.
Sleep in your own bed for 3–5 nights
Wear the Happy Ring and record in the Happy Sleep app. No lab stay, no wires, no strangers watching you sleep. Most studies produce a readable result in under a week.
Review results with a Happy Sleep clinician
A board-certified, sleep-trained Happy Sleep clinician reads your study and reviews it with you on a live video consult: findings, diagnosis where one applies, and the treatment options that match your data. Happy Sleep is responsible for the study and its interpretation; NoBsRx is not.
Treatment coordination if you qualify
Not everyone who completes a study qualifies for treatment. If your clinician determines it is appropriate, Happy Sleep coordinates setup and insurance for options such as an oral appliance or CPAP, and stays on for monitoring and adjustments.
Keep the ring, plus a full year of tracking
The Happy Ring is yours to keep, and 12 months of nightly tracking and monitoring in the Happy Sleep app are included at no additional cost while you put treatment, sleep habits, and lifestyle changes in place.
Re-test when your clinician calls for it
A follow-up medical sleep measurement and consult, so treatment decisions are adjusted against new data rather than a guess. Timing depends on the severity of your findings and the therapy you are on. It might be a month, it might be six.
Continue past the first year if you want it
After your included 12 months, continuing with Happy Sleep monitoring and app tracking is an optional subscription. Optional, not something you are auto-enrolled in and have to hunt down to cancel.
